I have lived in Melbourne Beach with my wife, Karen (we married in 1979),  and three children: Sheryl, Kristen and Todd, since 1989.  We've had a longtime love of the water where we have enjoyed boating, sailing and fishing.  After 14 years on the soccer field (coaching kids and playing in adult leagues), two knee surgeries and a broken wrist; I found a new water passion in sculling.  2005 has been my first year competing on the water.
